Winners of the Fourth Annual NoHu International Short Film Festival

The Fourth Annual NoHu International Short Film Festival  was held this past Thursday, September 29, 2011 at 7:00 PM at the William V. Musto Cultural Center located at 420 - 15th Street in Union City.

The incredibly successful event was a standing-room-only event attended by film makers from all over Hudson County, as well as from New York City and Los Angeles, California.  Finalists of various genres, from art films, to documentaries, to horror were represented.  The red carpet event was attended by filmmakers from each film chosen as a official finalist.  Actors and other artists were also in attendance to support and enjoy the wonderful array of films.

The final voting was made by the attending audience members following the screening; with the awards presentation immediately following the voting.  The high quality of films was especially evident with such finalists as the HBO produced "Crush" and "Roma Sub Rosa, the secret under the rose" with costumes from Warner Bros.

The 2011 NoHu International Short Film Festival was the biggest and most successful in its four year history, having received the biggest number of entries, the best quality of films, as well as the biggest turn out at the event.
